We got our start the old fashioned way - at gatherings with friends and family. We smoked meats and whipped up side dishes to complement them.
Then everyone talked about how delicious the food was.
When friends and family would have their own gatherings, they'd ask for certain enjoyable foods that they couldn't wait to eat again and to share with others.
And here we are....
